Country Bank
Bernard Gagnon has joined Ware-based Country Bank’s commercial banking division as first vice president and east commercial banking team leader. Gagnon began his financial services career in the Worcester market in 1982. He has been affiliated with several local banks where he held positions in, commercial credit, loan review, loan workout, franchise lending and middle-market lending.

Bristol County Savings Bank
Francine Ferguson has joined Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank as senior vice president and retail banking officer. She will be responsible for the development of the strategic, operational and administrative foundation for the bank’s retail network with a focus on sales, service and support.

ERA Key
Realtor Mark Boothby has joined the Spencer office of Northbridge-based ERA Key Realty. He is an investment property manager and previously owned an auto repair shop.

Reading Cooperative Bank
Paul Cheremka has joined Reading Cooperative Bank as vice president and commercial loan officer. He was previously vice president and commercial loan officer at East Boston Savings Bank in Danvers.

Rogers & Gray
Ryan Brown has joined the management team at Kingston-based insurance agency Rogers & Gray. Brown joins the agency from Safeco, a Liberty Mutual company, where he was the senior territory manager in the Boston and New York City markets.

Pam Stevens has been promoted to partner at the Worcester-based law firm Seder & Chandler. She advises privately held businesses on transactional matters including acquisitions, financings, ownership agreements, contract negotiations, employment issues and commercial real estate matters.

Stantec
Kevin Walsh has joined Boston-based design and engineering firm Stantec as principal in the transportation practice. Walsh joins Stantec from the U.S. Department of Transportation. He previously worked for MassDOT for over 25 years, most recently as director of environmental services.
