The Claremont Living LLC has received a financing package for the acquisition and renovation of Abington Glen Apartments in Abington.

Cornerstone Realty Capital arranged the $11.1 million in financing with a 30-year amortization.

The property is one wrap-around building located at 500 North Quincy St. The apartments sit on 6.85 acres of land, including parking, a fitness center and athletic courts.

The complex contains 42 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom apartments.
