Music amplifier manufacturer Fishman Transducers has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at 3 Riverside Drive in Andover.

3 Riverside Drive contains 93,500 square feet of office space. Jumbo Capital Management of Hingham acquired the property in 2014 for $4 million and will complete a full renovation before Fishman relocates later this year from 6 Riverside Drive. Improvements include new entrances and lobbies, upgraded building systems and landscaping and new signage.

“3 Riverside Drive is an ideal location for us, and with the addition of significant expansion space, we can now stay in one location as we continue to grow over the next several years,” Jason Cambra, chief operating office at Fishman, said in a statement.
