Two new retailers have signed leases at the Newbury Collection.

The 28-property, 219,000-square-foot portfolio in Boston’s Back Bay was acquired by Atlanta-based real estate developer Jamestown for $226 million in 2012.

Athletic gear retailer Asics will open its first Massachusetts store at 328 Newbury St. The two-level store will sell running shoes and sports apparel, joining Converse and Puma stores on the last block of Newbury Street.

Luxury apparel store Vince will open its second Back Bay store at 71 Newbury St. Its first Boston location opened in 2009 at Copley Place.

Both stores are expected to open this summer.
