Malden Center’s signature development project has signed a French-Asian bakery franchise as a tenant and announced the opening of another retail anchor, the MaldenCenter Fine Wines Shop.

Tous Les Jours, a French-Asian bakery franchise with locations in Allston, Burlington and Natick, will open in 2021 at J. Malden Center. The two businesses join Soul City Yoga as ground-floor tenants at the 320-unit apartment complex built in a redevelopment of the Malden City Hall property.

The wine shop has existing locations in Somerville and Needham, selling an assortment of wines and craft beers along with gourmet foods.

Soul City Yoga has been holding outdoor classes for J. Malden Center residents in recent weeks in anticipation of its studio opening, and recently added outdoor classes at Malden City Hall Plaza.

Developer Jefferson Apartment Group said the project has remaining retail and restaurant spaces from 1,200 to 3,500 square feet.
