A Concord-based real estate brokerage has expanded operations north, into Westford.

Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty opened its new 174 Littleton Road location, in the Westford Valley Marketplace, on Sept. 23 with a community event. The office is the company’s eighth in an arc that runs from Winchester in the southeast to Westford and Acton in the north.

“The Westford office and our team of seasoned agents have been assisting buyers and sellers in the Westford area for decades and their extensive experience and expert knowledge of the area towns positions us to share our unparalleled service with the community,” brokerage owner and CEO Laurie Cadigan said in a statement.
