Jory Crowell, Dan Gustafson and Monique Hilton have joined Beverly-based real estate private equity firm Brookwood Financial Partners in the company’s acquisitions and accounting departments.
Crowell and Gustafson will be responsible for performing "extensive" property and market analysis for the firm’s prospective real estate acquisitions, according to a statement.
Prior to joining Brookwood, Crowell was the senior financial analyst of the Grubb & Ellis Capital Markets Group in Boston for three years. Gustafson most recently served as a leasing representative at Linear Retail Properties, where he served as an owner’s representative on a 52-property retail portfolio.
"Jory and Dan are terrific additions to our acquisitions team," said Thomas Nicholas Trkla, Brookwood’s chairman and CEO. "We are very excited to have employees of their intelligence, character, education and experience join the firm."
Hilton’s responsibility will include the general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis for various assets in the Brookwood portfolio. Prior to Brookwood, Hilton was a senior staff accountant at Ginsberg & Assoc. Inc.
"Monique brings the skills needed to immediately take on some of the new properties that we have acquired," Trkla said in a statement.
