Brad Black and Stacy Chambers, formerly principals of Black Cow Architects in Boston, have been named managing principals by NELSON following the July announcement of the "inverted merger" of the two companies.
Black and Chambers will lead the combined firm in Boston, which will consist of a local presence of 25 local team members with access to a network of approximately 450 designers, architects, engineers, strategists and other experts, according to a statement.
"Naming Brad and Stacy as Managing Principals in our Boston office is a natural move for us," said John "Ozzie" Nelson, President and CEO of NELSON. "They not only make an excellent team, having worked together as long as they have, but they share the same type of vision, values and professionalism that make them the perfect partners for us. We’re certain those qualities will bring even more success, both immediately and in the long term, and we look forward to having them lead our group in Boston."
