Leslie Bos has joined Boston’s Recap Real Estate Advisors as principal consultant. In this role, Bos will work primarily in the company’s transaction advisory and due diligence group.
Prior to joining Recap, Bos gained extensive multifamily industry experience at various finance and development organizations throughout the commonwealth. Most recently, Bos worked as a loan officer at Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund where she was responsible for originating, underwriting and closing affordable multifamily loans, as well as permanent financing for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects using taxable and tax-exempt financing.
"Leslie’s unique background and varied experience will be a huge benefit to our clients," said Christopher Hesen, Recap’s president and chief operating executive. "Her extensive knowledge in housing development, housing policy creation and lending makes her an exceptional fit for this position."
Bos brings more than 13 years of multifamily experience to the firm. Prior to working at the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund, Bos spent three years at the commonwealth of Massachusetts working on mixed-finance programs. During her tenure, Bos utilized private and other affordable housing resources for capital improvements and development projects and was responsible for all aspects of mixed-finance projects, from initiation to closing, according to a statement.
