Machine parts manufacturer Burlington Machine Inc. has moved from Woburn to 340 Fordham Road in Wilmington and doubled its space to more than 10,000 square feet in the process.

The firm reportedly looked at several options to meet their expanding space requirements before selecting 340 Fordham.

The Wilmington facility is leased and managed by Cummings Properties.

"We are excited to join Cummings Properties," said Burlington Machine owner John Haroutunian. "A current client of theirs recommended their affordable rates and great customer service. Combine those with the location, and we knew we had the perfect place for us to conduct our growing business."

Cummings Properties performed the design and construction with its own employees. The building is located directly off of Interstate 93 near the Shriner’s Auditorium and close to the North Reading line.
