Burton’s Grill & Bar will open its 17th location in November at Marketstreet Lynnfield amid a wave of tenant arrivals at the 658,000-square-foot lifestyle center.

WS Development said seven other local and national tenants are joining the open-air retail property this fall.

Approximately 20 of the center’s shops are locally-owned, including athletic wear brand Booty by Brabants, a former pop-up which will open its first permanent location at Marketstreet Lynnfield in October.

New arrivals in October and November include Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Levi’s NextGen, Semper Laser and women’s clothing chain Aerie. Sanctum Style, a men’s and women’s clothing boutique, recent opened at the 8-year-old property.

Founded in Hingham with its first location at WS’ Derby Street Shoppes, Burton’s has been recognized for its focus on allergy awareness by AllergyEats for eight consecutive years, WS Development said.
