Construction crews topped off the first residential building built at Cambridge Crossing under DivcoWest’s ownership, a 468-unit tower known as Park 151.

DivcoWest is partnering with real estate investor LCOR on the project, which was designed by CBT Architects. Amenities include a rooftop pool, 11th floor terrace and shared workspaces. Located at 151 North First St., the complex includes underground parking and 18,000 square feet of retail space.

Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022. The project is the first in the Boston area for Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based LCOR, which specializes in ground-up core urban development and property management services.

John Moriarty & Assoc. of Winchester is construction manager for Park 151, which is part of the 43-acre Cambridge Crossing development. The property on the Boston, Cambridge and Somerville border has 2.1 million square feet of space under construction, including office and life science space.
