Cambridge Healthtech Institute has renewed and expanded its lease at 250 First Ave. in Needham for a total of 29,865 square feet of office space.

The 73,000-square-foot, Class A office building is owned and managed by The Bulfinch Cos.

Stephen James, executive vice president/principal, and Brendan Daly, vice president of Boston-based NAI Hunneman’s Suburban Leasing Group represented Cambridge Healthtech Institute in its long-term office space lease renewal and expansion. Cambridge Healthtech Institute is the largest tenant at the property and has been located at 250 First Ave. since 2006. Mike Wilcox, director of leasing, internally represented The Bulfinch Cos. in the transaction.

Also known as First Needham Place, 250 First Ave. is a first-class office building constructed in 1998 that has immediate accessibility to and visibility from Route 128. First Needham Place offers covered on-site parking and an on-site cafe.
