Caritas Christi Network Services, a division of Caritas Christi Health Care, has leased 18,584 square feet at 850 Washington St. in Dedham.

The firm will relocate in January and become the building’s anchor tenant. 

Colliers Meredith & Grew’s Robert Cronin represented Caritas Christi Network Services. Paul Simard of The Simard Co. represented the landlord, 850 Washington LLC.

Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.

Built in 1975 and renovated in 2001, 850 Washington St. is a three-story, 28,131-square-foot office building located at the junction of Route 128 and Route 1 in Dedham.

"After considering numerous relocation options, Caritas Christi Network Services chose 850 Washington Street because of its flexible, open floor plans and strategic location that provides convenient access to all six Caritas member hospitals," said Cronin.
