CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, has named Martha M. Dellenback, Anita DiPrizio Pasquale and Charles "Chuck" Kavoogian as partners of the company.

Dellenback joined CB Richard Ellis/New England in 1997 as a member of the firm’s property management accounting group. In 2005, Dellenback was promoted to corporate controller. She is currently responsible for the firm’s accounting function, financial reporting requirements, annual audits, income tax return preparations and the management of the firm’s corporate accounting staff.

DiPrizio Pasquale joined CB Richard Ellis/New England in 1999 as part of the property management accounting group. In 2001, she was promoted to accounting manager where she was responsible for the firm’s property management accounting staff and the service of many of the firm’s largest property management accounts. In 2005, DiPrizio Pasquale was promoted to property management controller. She currently handles the accounting and financial reporting responsibilities for a portfolio of 26 million square feet.

Chuck Kavoogian joined CB Richard Ellis/New England in 1998 as a member of the Cambridge Brokerage Group. He has played a significant role in the growth of the firm’s Cambridge brokerage practice and has managed many of the firm’s major landlord agency assignments including One Memorial Drive, One Alewife Center and 955 Massachusetts Ave. As senior vice president, Kavoogian has also played a significant role in the sale of properties throughout Cambridge including 25 First St. and 139 Main St. and has represented a variety of corporate clients including Endeca, BBT Technologies, Harvard Risk Management Foundation, Arup and Millennium Pharmaceuticals.
