Located at the intersection of Crescent and Eastern Avenues, the property consists of a 31,750-square-foot, 5-year old, single-story manufacturing and warehouse building on a 60,000-square-foot lot.
Principals of Chelsea-based New England Lighting purchased the property from Crescent Nominee Trust. New England Lighting will relocate from its existing building on Eastern Avenue and occupy the property in conjunction with OnTime Cos. Inc.
Phillip K. Burgess of Burgess Properties Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction.
