Citizens Bank Welcomes Quincy To Mass.

Senior Vice President Quincy Miller has been appointed director of retail branch banking at Citizens Bank in Massachusetts. Most recently, Miller held the same position at Charter One in Ohio, a division of Citizens Financial Group.

In his new role, Miller will oversee more than 130 Citizens branches in Massachusetts.

Miller began his retail branch banking career in 1997 with M&T Bank in New York City, and assumed the role of regional manager in Harrisburg, Pa., in 1999.
