Clinton Savings Charitable Foundation has given $14,000 to assist the restoration of Berlin’s Old Methodist Episcopal Church and its conversion to a community center.
The building’s internal systems, including the septic system, plumbing and electrical work, are set for completion by December 2013. Interior repairs, exterior painting and landscaping will complete the project the following year.
