NRT LLC, parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, was again ranked the number one residential real estate brokerage firm in the United States in RISMedia’s 21st annual Power Broker Report.

With 93 offices and more than 4,000 sales professionals serving Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England accounted for $9.7 billion in closed sales volume and 22,908 closed transaction sides in 2008, the company said.

If ranked separately, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England would have been the seventh-largest residential brokerage company on the Power Broker list last year based on number of transaction sides completed.
