A consulting firm is leasing space in Boston’s Fort Point and Concord in a dual expansion of its downtown and suburban real estate footprint.

PA Consulting will occupy 18,400 square feet at 27-43 Wormwood St., known as Tower Point, in Fort Point. The firm also leased 15,909 square feet of office and R&D space at 3 Middlesex Green in Concord. The new locations replace a pair of existing Boston and Cambridge offices.

Avison Young’s Kirk Weller and Robert Katz represented PA Consulting in the negotiations. Newmark’s James Brady and Tim Bianchi represented Tower Point’s landlord, Northwood Investors, while Avison Young worked directly with Paradigm Partners, the owner of 3 Middlesex Green.

The London-based firm provides consulting for a wide range of industries including consumer goods, defense, energy, financial services and life science.
