Developers H.N. Gorin and Artemis Real Estate Partners have refinanced a 159,273-square-foot office building near Boston’s North Station.
French investment bank Societe Generale furnished a $64.6 million floating rate loan for 101 Merrimac St. in its first transaction in Greater Boston.
The 10-story building is 97 percent leased to eight tenants including Massachusetts General Hospital, Partners HealthCare and Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. Last renovated in 2009 and contains a 6-story atrium, multiple roof decks and a 55-space garage.
