Boston-based EagleBridge Capital has arranged $1.6 million in interim mortgage financing for 61-83 Braintree St., located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Brian Sheehan and Ted Sidel and provided by a leading financial institution.
61-83 Braintree St. is a 20,000-square-foot, two-story industrial building situated on a 30,500-square-foot parcel. It is leased to Thompson Durkee, which sells plumbing, heating and cooling equipment and supplies for home and industrial use.
