International event management company DMSE Sports Inc. is moving back to Woburn with a 4,000-square-foot lease at 10-D Roessler Road.

DMSE was previously headquartered on Woburn’s Olympia Avenue in the 1990s, according to a statement. The company, which later moved to Middleton, is scheduled to move into the Roessler Road space in March.

Cummings Properties Leasing Officer Mike Truesdale negotiated the lease for 10-D Roessler Road.

"The Roessler Road location, right on Route 128, is very convenient," said Alan McGillivray, who handles corporate matters for DMSE. "Cummings had the combination of office and warehouse that we needed, as well as opportunities for future expansion."

The new space in Woburn will house the company’s full-time staff and its collection of event supplies, according to a statement.

"We’re so pleased we could, once again, fulfill DMSE’s space requirements," said Bill Cummings, Cummings Properties founder. "It’s a pleasure for Cummings Properties to have them back in the family, and a benefit for the city to have them back in Woburn."
