A medical supply company has sold its properties at 395 and 404 Third St. in Everett for $1.9 million.

Geriatric Medical & Surgical Supply properties consist of two buildings, a 25,000-square-foot, single-story warehouse and an adjoining 6,000-square-foot, single-story drive-in building. The company did not disclose where and when it will move.

Everett-based Collins Overhead Door Corp. will relocate from its existing building on Vine Street in Everett and occupy the property later this year. This represents almost a tripling of Collins’ current space, according to a statement.

Phillip K. Burgess of Burgess Properties Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
