Fintech firm Numerated is moving to a larger office in downtown Boston, expecting more growth in commercial lending at the banks and credit unions it helps underwrite business loans.
The new corporate office is at 141 Tremont St., which Numerated said will support its projected growth as it continues to onboard more financial institutions wanting to digitally streamline originations and underwriting process.
The fintech firm said its employees will have a hybrid work setup in the new office, and the location will also be a hosting center for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
“We are excited to be moving to a larger space that will enable us to continue growing and building our solution set to better serve our financial institution partners,” Numerated President David O’Malley said in a statement.
“The industry response to our offerings has been tremendous and this new location will provide our teams with an ideal space to gather, innovate, and collaborate as we continue on our journey of making business lending fast and convenient,” he said.
Since 2017, the company said it processed over $50 billion in lending to over 500,000 businesses. Numerated said its digital business lending software-as-a-service platform provides efficiency and convenience for the loan origination process of banks and credit unions from application to close.
