Rick Fahey has joined Transwestern RBJ’s Boston office as a partner in its tenant advisory services group.

Fahey will be responsible for directing brokerage services for corporate accounts in the Northeast region, including Boston, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

A 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Fahey most recently was a managing director at JLL overseeing Philips Corp.’s real estate portfolio in North and South America. He previously worked for FHO Partners, Trammell Crow Co. and Fallon Hines & O’Connor.

“Rick has earned a reputation as one of the top brokers in Boston during his impressive career,” Brian McKenzie, Transwestern’s Northeast region chief operating officer, said in a statement. “His experience and background will benefit the firm’s corporate clients as we manage their multi-market portfolios and work to solve their real estate challenges on a local, national and international level.”

Fahey is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, CoreNet Global and the Presidents’ Club of Colgate University. He serves as vice president of Brae Burn Country Club and is a past board member of Boston Federal Savings.
