Barbara Flight has joined Danversbank as senior vice president and commercial lender in the Post Office Square Boston office and Margaret "Peggy" Pedro has been named assistant vice president and manager of the Peabody Square branch.
Flight’s main focus will be to provide leveraged financing to lower- and middle-market companies by way of One Conant Capital LLC, a subsidiary of Danversbank. One Conant Capital LLC makes senior debt available for recapitalizations, stock buy-backs, leveraged dividends, one-off or planned series of acquisitions, ESOPS, buyouts and funding for rapid, organic business growth.
Joining the Danversbank team with 26 years of commercial banking experience, Flight began her career at State Street Bank where she eventually ran the media lending group, financing cash flow and recurring-revenue based businesses. Following State Street, Flight spent nine years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., expanding upon her media-related lending experience.
Pedro, a 30-year banking veteran, has worked in Peabody since the start of her career – most recently as a business development officer at North Shore Bank and brings 15 years of managerial experience to Danversbank’s Peabody Square office.
