Brian Folan of South Boston has been named business development director of Woburn-based Landmark Structures Corp.
In this role, he is responsible for strengthening the firm’s existing industry relationships while forging new relationships, particularly in the multi-unit residential, corporate/commercial, retail, restaurant and hospitality target markets.
Folan, who has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College, has six years of business development experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. He previously held sales positions in the financial industry, according to a statement.
He has been an active member of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) Boston for the past six years and is co-editor of the association’s newsletter, The InforMant.
