Four companies recently leased 49,000 square feet of commercial property.

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty was the sole broker in all four transactions.

Trelleborg Emerson & Cuming has renewed a lease of 21,600 SF at 24 Teed Drive in Randolph. The company is a global engineering and technology manufacturer.

A World Networks Inc. leased another 7,000 square feet at 84 October Hill Road in Holliston. The company specializes in the resale, consignment, removal, and build-out of infrastructure.

The addition of A World Networks makes the 120,000 SF building at 84 October Hill Road 100 percent leased.

Victor Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group represented the landlord.

Eysenbach also secured the lease of 15,000 SF to Rypos Inc., at 150 Hopping Brook Road in Holliston.

This move will allow Rypos to expand and will accommodate the growth in their workforce from 17 to 39 employees. 

LeLimo Limousine has leased 5,400 SF at 224 Cherry Street in Shrewsbury. The limousine company will now operate from the Hills Farm Industrial Park.
