Quincy-based commercial investor and developer FoxRock has expanded its portfolio to over 4 million square feet with the recent acquisitions of suburban Boston properties leased to Atlantic Coffee and Hub Folding Box.
The transactions include 774 Norfolk St. in Mansfield, a 32-foot clear height facility leased through 2032 to Hub Folding Box and acquired for $25.5 million, and 267 Libbey Parkway, a 20,500-square-fot logistics and distribution building leased to Compass Group USA’s Atlantic Coffee through 2023. The Weymouth property sold for $2.65 million.
FoxRock’s 4 million-square-foot portfolio includes office, medical office, biotech, industrial retail and academic assets.
The Conrad Group represented seller Bjm Properties LLC on the Weymouth transaction, while Newmark Knight Frank was the broker for seller Dirico Realty LLC on the Mansfield property.
