Doreen Gorman of Medfield has joined Needham Bank’s operations services department, working from the main office in Needham.

Gorman has been with Needham Bank for three years, starting as a part-time teller, before working full-time in the loan department, according to a statement.

In her new role within the operational services department, Gorman will be a member of a team responsible for supporting the bank’s operational efforts by providing support to consumer and commercial products.

"I am very excited to join the operations department," said Gorman. "This is a tremendous opportunity to become part of a new and exciting area of Needham Bank."
