Startup Firefly Health’s 19,112-square-foot lease at 101 Walnut St. in Watertown brings the property up to 100 percent occupancy. 

The 96,000-square-foot building also houses the corporate headquarters of engineering firm VHB. 

Founded by Harvard-trained physicians, Firefly Health enables patients to communicate with their medical caregivers via a mobile app. 

Executive Vice President Steve James and Assistant Vice President Patrick Grady of Hunneman represented The Davis Companies in the transaction. Firefly Health was represented by Steve Cook of Jones Lang Lasalle.
