Five new tenants have inked leases at Federal Realty’s Assembly Row, including two retailers that are opening in time for the 2022 holiday season. 

Women’s yoga gear retailer Athleta and cutlery and kitchenware vendor ZWILLING J.A. Henckels are opening this month at the Somerville mixed-use development, following the recent arrivals of Clover Food Lab and Tatte Bakery & Cafe. 

Three others – Coach, Aerie and Paper Source – recently signed leases to open in 2023. Additional tenants scheduled to open next year include Civility Social House, Pandora Jewelry, An Nam Vietnamese Grill, FRANK Restaurant + Market, PNC Bank and Tribos Peri Peri. 

The 40-acre mixed-use development includes more than 1 million square feet of office space, 1,500 residential units, a 158-room hotel and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
