- Neopolitan-style pizza purveyor MidiCi and a Capital One Café recently opened at Assembly Row in Somerville, where eight additional shops and restaurants are scheduled to arrive this year in the second phase of Federal Realty Investment Trust’s mixed-use development.
- Upcoming new arrivals include Andy Husbands’ The Smoke Shop BBQ, convenience store AROW Express, Bath & Body Works | White Barn, Burlington, Carmen’s Trattoria & Italian Pub, CycleBar, Lucky Strike Social and Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store.
- Husband’s 4,500-square-foot restaurant will include a 30-seat bar, two patios and more than 50 craft beers and 200 American whiskeys.
- Phase two of Assembly Row also includes the Montaje residential tower, which has begun move-ins and the sold-out Alloy condominiums, which open next month.
