Shawmut Design and Construction completed the buildout of three new restaurants at the Bower development in Boston’s Fenway.

Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks, All That Fish + Oyster and Equal Measure occupy the restaurant space at the three-year-old apartment complex next to Lansdowne station on the MBTA commuter rail.

Replacing Eastern Standard’s former location in Kenmore Square, the new 8,000-square-foot restaurant includes a long marble bar backed by vintage mirrors and hand-poured terrazzo floors. All That Fish + Oyster includes an open kitchen with a 6-foot refrigerated oyster and seafood display case. And the 4,000-square-foot Equal Measure cocktail bar and private dining room features a domed ceiling and marble floor.
