Needham-based Nauset Construction is nearing completion of The Bradford, one of only three multifamily developments built in Belmont since 2008. 

Developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the three-building complex in Cushing Square includes 112 apartments and 38,000 square feet of retail space. 

Resident move-ins began in June. Designed by Peter Quinn Architects of Somerville, the complex includes 202 below-grade parking spaces, including 101 municipal spaces, and bicycle parking. Amenities include a roof deck with fire pits and grills, resident lounge and library room. 

Other multifamily developments under construction by Toll Brothers Apartment Living in Greater Boston include the 289-unit Emblem 120 in Woburn and the 525-unit Laurent in Cambridge’s Alewife section.
