Boston-based developer The Davis Cos. hired architects Fogarty Finger to redesign its longtime headquarters overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway in the firm’s first project in Boston.

Fogarty Finger redesigned the High Street Place offices with fewer private offices, capacity for additional employees, a central pantry and commissary and new artwork.

The former boardroom was replaced with a pantry lounge including banquettes for casual meetings, while a new boardroom was created including leather bench seating and contemporary art.

Fogarty Finger recently opened its first Boston-based office under the leadership of director of interiors Tin Min Fong.
