The board of trustees of Newton REIT Hospitality Properties Trust has declared a regular quarterly dividend on its series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares.

A distribution of $0.4375 per series C preferred share is payable on or about Feb. 16 to holders of record at the close of business on Jan. 29.
