Rockland-based Integrated Builders has begun construction of a Greenfield Toyota and Ford, a joint dealership at 1 Main St. in Greenfield.

The $4.8-million, 32,000-square-foot facility will replace an older dealership on the site.

Integrated Builders will provide construction management services leading the project team, which includes architects The Curtis Architectural Group, civil engineers SVE Assoc., structural engineers Flood Consulting and Environmental Design Engineering Inc.

The project is expected to be completed in May.

“This project presents an exciting challenge, as work must progress around an existing functioning facility, which will require close collaboration across all project teams,” Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders, said in a statement.
