BTS Asset Management is moving to a new 10,858-square-foot suite at 420 Bedford St. in Lexington, upgrading to larger accommodations within its current building.

BTS, a long-term tenant of 420 Bedford, has plans to relocate in July and expand its space by 2,500 square feet, according to Rick Robinson of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners, who represented BTS. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by Stacey Baker.

The property is one of two buildings in the Class A Lexington Office Park, totaling 166,000 square feet.
