Liberty Wharf, the new development that replaced Jimmy’s Harborside in the Seaport last year, is for sale, according to The Boston Globe.
Cresset Development has decided to put its Seaport District property that houses Legal Harborside, Jerry Remy’s sports bar and Del Frisco’s steakhouse on the shopping block.
The Globe reports that the owner expects more than $60 million for the property, which includes 28,000 square feet of fully-leased office space because the owner is "seeking to cash in on a surging real estate market as bidders line up for one of the city’s prime waterfront locations." The owner built the project for $60 million.
