The first residential building at the Allston Yards redevelopment has begun leasing 165 apartments in preparation for its scheduled spring opening.
Alder, located at 301 Guest St. on the Stop & Shop Supermarket property, is the first component of the 1.2 million-square-foot Allston Yards development.
Located on top of a new 67,000-square-foot Stop & Shop store scheduled to open this summer, the apartment building’s amenities package includes fitness and barre studios, an outdoor deck, library, workstations and a courtyard. Rents start at $2,900 a month for studios, Bozzuto Management Co. announced.
Bozzuto, New England Development and Southside Investment Partners are partnering on the 11-acre project.
The project, approved in 2019, includes a total of 868 apartments and condominiums and a 350,000-square-foot office-lab building.
Alder’s ground floor will be occupied by Stop & Shop and additional retail tenants that have yet to be announced.
