Malloy Wins President’s Award At The Village Bank

Kathy Malloy Kathleen Malloy of Framingham, training manager for The Village Bank in Auburndale, has been honored as the bank’s 2012 President’s Award winner.

The annual employee award is based on criteria including professionalism, attitude, commitment, and interpersonal skills.

Malloy joined The Village Bank in 2007 as manager of the Newton Highlands branch and was promoted to training manager in 2008.

"That was a new and challenging role, and Kathy consistently demonstrated that she puts her heart and soul into her work," Kenneth C. Brennan, president and CEO, said in a statement.

Malloy holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Delaware, with concentrations in sociology and foreign languages studies/Spanish. A Framingham resident, she is a member and past treasurer of the Woman’s Club of Newton Highlands.
