Boston-based Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) has completed the design of a 14,000-square-foot office space in Boston for Northeast Bank.
MPA worked with Northeast Bank to research office locations as the bank had outgrown its former space in Boston’s Prudential Center Tower.
The space at 200 Berkeley St. offers nine-foot ceilings and access to natural light. It has an open design plan to encourage collaboration, and interior private offices with glass walls to allow for easy communication throughout the day. Sustainable materials were used wherever possible.
The project team included general contractor and construction manager Corderman and Co., project manager Fort Point Project Management, MEP and telecommunications engineer TMP Consulting Engineers and furniture provider Creative Office Pavilion.
