Rick Martens, of Manchester, has been named a sales associate at the Beverly office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England.

In this role, Martens will provide residential real estate services in Beverly as well as the surrounding communities on the North Shore, according to a statement. He previously worked in the real estate investment and semiconductor sales fields.

"Rick’s skills in his previous career, as well as his extensive knowledge of the local community, make him a valuable asset to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage family," said Katharine Pickering, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Beverly.
