Marttila Rejoins Nantucket Bank As Senior VP

Nantucket Bank, a division of Blue Hills Bank, has hired Neil Marttila as senior vice president and commercial market executive.

In this role, Marttila will assist Nantucket Bank’s retail market executive Zona Butler in locally managing the bank and focus on lending and community outreach.

Marttila worked at Nantucket Bank for more than 20 years in various lending functions at the beginning of his career. Most recently, he was a vice president and commercial loan officer at Cape Cod Five Cents Saving Bank.

"Neil has a long history of service in the Nantucket community and an extensive background in commercial lending and community outreach," Blue Hills Bank President and CEO William Parent, said in a statement. "His return to Nantucket Bank is a great addition to our team as we rebuild our local commercial lending capabilities."
