The Massachusetts Bankers Association recently elected 12 new members to its board of directors.

Michael Tucker, president of Greenfield Co-operative Bank, was elected to a one-year term as chairman of the board, succeeding Dorothy Savarese, the president of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank in Orleans.

Richard Holbrook, the chairman of Eastern Bank in Boston, was elected vice chairman of the board, and James Lively, president of Bridgewater Savings Bank, was elected treasurer.

The following bankers were elected to three-year terms as at-large directors: Donna Boulanger, president, North Brookfield Savings Bank; Charles O’Brien, president, Adams Community Bank; Joseph Roller, president, Cambridge Trust Company (Re-appointment); Kevin Tierney, president, Saugus Bank; and Sushil Tuli, president, Leader Bank.

Gilda Nogueira, president of East Cambridge Savings Bank, was elected to a two-year term. Robert Gallery, Massachusetts president at Bank of America, and David LaFlamme, president of North Shore Bank, were elected to one-year terms.
