Elaine SarsynskiTwo senior executives from Springfield’s MassMutual’s retirement services division have been named founding lecturers of certification program TRAU, The Retirement Advisor University, at the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education.

Elaine Sarsynski, executive vice president of MassMutual’s retirement services division and chairman and CEO of MassMutual International LLC, will give her first lecture tomorrow, according to a statement. It will focus on distinguishing yourself in the competitive landscape of the retirement plan industry.

Hugh O’Toole, senior vice president and head of sales and client management for MassMutual’s retirement services division, will give a lecture in December. It will focus on how to develop and implement results-driven participant education, according to a statement.
