About Women by Women PC has leased 7,030 square feet in Wellesley.

The obstetrician/gynecology practice, which is staffed by women who are dedicated to caring for women in every stage of life, will move to 30 Washington St. in Wellesley from 195 Worcester St. in Wellesley this spring.

Lincoln Property Co.’s Tim Latham, vice president and Kevin Malloy, senior vice president represented the tenant in the transaction. Vida Doyle represented the landlord Haynes Management.

"Remaining in the Wellesley area was important to the client, as well as finding a facility that was an upgrade in quality and provided a more efficient layout," said Latham. "Fortunately, 30 Washington St. fit About Women by Women’s general requirements and much of the existing build-out was able to be re-utilized."
