Whitinsville-based UniBank has hired Kimberly W. Mooers.

She joins the bank’s fiscal advisory team as vice president, where she will provide financial advisory services to municipalities and expand the financial advisory business into the not-for-profit sector.

Mooers has more than 20 years of experience in the public finance industry, having served as an investment banker and a financial advisor, as well as having worked on the issuer side at MassHEFA and Mass Development.
